- Returns and Warranty:

No product can be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ).
For a product to be considered for return, the malfunction or issue would have to be approved by support ( support@philytech.com ).
Refurbished products have 30 days functionality warranty from shipment delivery date. Warranty does not include physical abuse and all types of external factors.
Volume buyers are excluded from the above warranty policy. Volume buyers need to contact sales@philytech.com for warranty policy about their purchase.
* Specific Information
Whenever a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) is issued, the product can be exchanged, fixed, or rejected/sent back to the recipient if the malfunction discovered include physical abuse or/and any external abuse.
No refunded is made on sales.
In a case of a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) is issued, the customer is responsible for the return cost.
Returns made through a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) must be received before the warranty period.
